It is designed and manufactured according to the standard test method of the national standard GB/T6536-2010 "Petroleum Products - Determination of Atmospheric Distillation Characteristics", and can measure two samples simultaneously. It can meet the national standard GB/T3146-2010 "Determination of Distillation Range of Industrial Aromatic Hydrocarbons and Related Materials - Part 1: Distillation Method" and international standards such as ASTM D86/ASTM D850/ASTM D1078-IP195/ISO 3405. It integrates mechanical, optical, and electronic technology, using imported sensors, and the level reading of the graduated cylinder adopts an imported CNC optical tracking and detection system. Automatically complete the entire distillation process experiment, widely applicable to the measurement and analysis of distillation characteristics of distillate fuels such as natural gasoline (stable light hydrocarbons), light and intermediate fractions, automotive spark ignition engine fuels, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, diesel and kerosene, as well as naphtha and naphtha solvent oil products under normal pressure.

Performance characteristics
1. The temperature of the cold bath and the cold trap are controlled by a segmented program. The cold bath part adopts a metal bath technology that integrates condensing tubes and refrigeration evaporation tubes, ensuring direct conduction of cold and heat without liquid heat transfer media, which is both safe and convenient
2. The instrument adopts a lifting and self-locking lifting control technology, which allows the heating furnace to quickly lift and fall back, allowing it to stay at any position, truly realizing the technology of non polarity adjustment
3. The heating furnace adopts a ceramic heating device pulse modulated infrared radiation heating method, with fast heating and cooling speed, ensuring safety and reliability
4. Compressors, heating ceramic components, temperature sensors, and refrigeration diverter valves are all imported components, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of instrument data, while maintaining a long service life and low failure rate
5. The test data can be stored without restriction and viewed at any time. The built-in micro thermal printer outputs the test results, and can also be exported through a USB flash drive to print data reports on the computer;
6. Two samples can be measured at the same time. After the experiment, the furnace frame automatically slides down, cutting off heat and waste heat. The electric furnace cooling fan can automatically start rapid cooling and improve testing efficiency
7. Infrared modulation optical technology realizes liquid level tracking detection and initial distillation detection, without environmental interference, automatically detecting the position of volume zero point and accurately determining the dry point.
